Feel free to use it too.The app calculates your daily caloric expenditure based on your provided information.🔽 To LOSE weight, consume less than the calculated maximum kcal.🔼 To GAIN weight, consume more than the maximum calculated kcal.⏹️ To maintain your weight, you just need to keep your caloric intake at the maximum calculated value.
